Our applications collect user data including but not limited to Timestamp, Name, Description of incident, Workplace, Responsible manager, Way of communication, HR manager, Address and remarks using Google Forms and Google app scripts.
We store the collected user data into our backend storage system including but not limited to google drive in the form for spreadsheets, documents, database and file systems.
We use the collected user data to generate customer and employee specific reports such as employee disciplinary Incident reports, staff clocking reports, staff leave record reports and reports related to payroll systems.
The collected data is used for generating the customer specific reports and the reports are shared through google email services APIs to Sepane and non Sepane email accounts of our employees, managers and customers.
